A comprehensive quality management system (QMS), emphasising top-management motivation and involvement, a strong customer focus, risk-based process approach and the importance of continual improvement. Our QMS is regularly audited (both internally and externally) and we consistently achieve positive outcomes with no concerns highlighted.
BRC Global Standard for Agents and Brokers
This provides a framework to support the management of product safety, authenticity, quality and legality. It ensures that we, as distributors, fulfil our legal obligations and offer comprehensive protection for the end-consumer.
MegaChem (UK) Ltd achieved accreditation for the first time in 2021, with the highest possible grade (AA). We are continually refining our practices and have successfully maintained our AA for both 2022 and 2023.

RSPO – The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil
MegaChem (UK) Ltd are holders of the RSPO Distributors License. The distributors’ license is approved for RSPO members who take part in the RSPO-certified palm oil supply chain.
Our RSPO Distributors License confirms that we take legal ownership, store, and sell products to our customer bases, but do not unpack, repack, or relabel those products at any stage. We strictly adhere to the RSPO Principles and Criteria, ensuring due diligence is used whilst reviewing our supply partners, and ensuring they too, follow the same principles.
